Union Press transformed The Underglobe into an enchanted forest to welcome movers and shakers from the global drinks trade into a world of theatrical wonder, for the Spirit of Business Awards, their inaugural awards event.

Every inch of our iconic hidden venue exuded immersive attention to detail, from the red carpet and fire performers at the entrance to stilt walkers, projection mapping, and wild floral centrepieces inside.

And the liquid refreshments?

No ordinary bar list would do for the top of the liquor industry. So, it was vital each drink was expertly served to an audience who really know their Sex on the Beach from their Strawberry Daiquiri! Think:

Lavandel Bee – Alpine gin, lavender syrup, honey, and tonic
Aloha Baby – Peach, pineapple, cardamom, caramelised garnish

Fresh from Strictly and The Traitors, host Claudia Winkleman ensured the atmosphere sparkled as the leading spirit specialists were welcomed onstage to collect their awards.

Importantly, the organiser left feeling like a winner too.
